变形量对大规格钼棒组织和性能的影响

摘要 采用快速液压锻造工艺制备直径85 mm以上的大规格钼棒,通过拉伸力学性能测试、硬度测试、金相测试等分析手段,研究了变形量对大规格钼棒组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:大规格钼棒经快锻变形加工后性能得到提升,随着变形量的增大,钼棒的密度、硬度和室温力学性能逐渐增加。当锻造变形量为80%时,钼棒的相对密度达到99.9%以上,硬度达到220 HV10,室温抗拉强度达到595 MPa,断后伸长率达到22%。 Large molybdenum rods with diameter over 85mm were prepared by hydraulic rapid forging process,and the effect of deformation on microstructure and mechanical properties of large molybdenum bars was studied by means of tensile mechanical properties test,hardness test and metallographic test.The results show that the properties of large-diameter molybdenum rods are improved after rapid forging and deformation.With the increase of deformation,the density,hardness and mechanical properties of molybdenum rods at room temperature increase gradually.When the forging deformation is 80%,the relative density of molybdenum rod reaches 99.9%,the hardness reaches 220 HV10,the tensile strength reaches 595 MPa at room temperature,and the elongation after fracture reaches 22%.
