摘要
核能与核技术利用事业的健康稳定发展离不开公众的支持,辐射环境监测能客观评价辐射环境质量状况,真实反映核与辐射环境安全水平,是核安全监管的哨兵。本文介绍了辐射环境监测公众宣传的必要性和现状,讨论了目前存在的问题,并提出了从顶层设计出发,将公众宣传与辐射环境监测日常工作相结合,加强多方合作,丰富公众宣传内容和形式,为核能与核技术利用事业助力的建议。
The development of nuclear energy and nuclear technology can not be going further without the public support.Radiation environmental monitoring can evaluate the quality of radiation environment objectively and reflect the safety level truly.This paper introduces the necessity and current situation of the public propaganda of radiation environmental monitoring, discusses the existing problems, and provides some suggestions, including reinforcing top-level design, combining the public propaganda with the daily work, strengthening multi-party cooperation, enriching the content and form of the public propaganda.
