Research on“Employment-Major”Adaptability in Higher Vocational Colleges-From the Perspective of Shiyan Manufacturing Enterprises

高职院校要将就业作为主要的办学方向,立足实际,瞄准市场,突出特色,开设适宜专业,提高就业率。发挥市场和政府的“两个”作用,探索市场、政府、社会与院校的组合模式,找准“就业与专业”适应性的契合点。以社会公认作为重要标准,建立科学的评价机制,推动高职院校培养有用人才,满足社会对高技能性人才的需求。

With employment as the main goal,high vocational colleges should set up suitable majors by basing on the reality,targeting at the market,highlighting characteristics.Besides,colleges should also explore the market-government-society-college mode,find out the market position of“employment-major”adaptability,and establish a scientific evaluation mechanism to promote higher vocational colleges to train useful talents and meet the needs of society for skilled talents.
