军邮是军事邮递的简称。中国近代军邮在扬弃传统邮驿、借鉴西方先进经验的基础上,结合中国抗战实际进行筹设,逐步完善。以抗战时期国民政府军邮为考察范围,通过分析发现,国民政府军邮的创办具有因军而兴的特点;在管理结构设置与网络建构方面带有以军筹设的特征;在业务开展方面体现出为军服务的特性。同时,军邮在协助作战、鼓舞士气、安定民心、军地沟通等方面发挥了重要作用。因此,抗战时期国民政府军邮具有以邮就军的属性。
