Multidimensional Model Construction of Social Governance

创新社会治理是当前我国社会的一项新挑战,是解决全面建设社会主义现代化对国家治理体系和能力的新要求和新挑战的基础前提。新时代的社会治理创新不能完全按照传统治理的机制及运作模式,需要结合中国实际,在风险社会视域探讨社会治理方式创新,从而创建具有中国特色的社会治理新模型。而我国社会治理创新动力主要体现在时间维度的持续性以及空间维度的扩散性,社会治理创新动力越强则社会治理创新强度越大,因此,通过文献研究的方法,基于维度建模以及多维空间的思想,从效率、协同、结构、场域这四个维度构建社会治理二维、三维、四维等多维测量模型,以此为转变社会治理方式提供新思路,增强社会治理创新动力。

Innovative social governance is a new challenge in our society today.The social governance innovation in the new era cannot fully follow the mechanism and mode of operation of western governance.It is necessary to combine the reality of China with the national conditions to create a new model of social governance with Chinese characteristics.However,China’s social governance innovative motivation is mainly reflected in the persistence of the time dimension and the diffusion of the spatial dimension.The stronger the motivation for social governance innovation is,the greater the intensity of social governance innovation is.Therefore,through literature research methods,based on the dimensional modeling and the idea of multi-dimensional space,two-dimensional,three-dimensional,four-dimensional and other multi-dimensional measurement models of social governance are constructed from the four dimensions of efficiency,collaboration,structure and field,in order to provide new ideas for transforming social governance methods and enhance the innovation power of social governance.
