Application research and effect evaluation of diversion acidizing in water injection wells

摘要 渤海多数油田注水井层间非均质性强,层间压力差异大,酸化时酸液分布不均匀,酸液优先进入高渗带,而低渗透层和污染严重层得不到相应的改造,导致层间非均质性更加明显。针对这些问题,开展了分流酸化技术研究,进行了室内实验评价,提出了技术的选井原则,并开展现场试验。在A1井的现场应用取得了良好的增注、调整吸水剖面和降水增油效果,达到了均匀酸化、提高水驱波及效率的目的,为其在渤海油田推广应用提供了保证。 In view of the strong interlayer heterogeneity and great pressure difference of water injection wells in most Bohai oilfields,which lead to the uneven placement of acid solution,the acid solution preferentially enters the high permeability zone,while the low permeability layer and the seriously polluted layer cannot get the corresponding transformation.This will lead to more obvious interlayer heterogeneity.Based on these problems,the diversion acidizing technology was studied,the well selection principle of the technology was put forward,the laboratory evaluation and filed test was carried out.The field application of A1 has achieved good effect of increasing injection,adjusting water absorption profile and increasing oil.The purpose of uniform acidizing and improving sweep efficiency of water drive is achieved and provided a guarantee for its popularization and application in Bohai oilfield.
