摘要
以5-三氟甲基吡啶-2-甲酸(Htpc)为配体,通过扩散法制备了一种新型镍基配合物[Ni(Htpc)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)],并对其进行了粉末衍射、热重和元素分析等表征,分析了其结构。荧光光谱表明配合物[Ni(Htpc)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)]对牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的作用为静态猝灭,配合物的结合常数增大,结合力更强。
A new nickel based complex[Ni(Htpc)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)]was prepared by diffusion method with 5-trifluoromethylpyridine-2-carboxylic acid(Htpc)as ligand.Its structure was characterized by powder diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis and elemental analysis.The fluorescence spectra showed that the effect of[Ni(Htpc)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)]on bovine serum albumin(BSA)was static quenching,and the binding constant of[Ni(Htpc)_(2)(H_(2)O)_(2)]increased,as well as the binding force was stronger.
