摘要
焊接金属波纹管在启动扭矩和介质压力作用下容易发生启动时的瞬间失效。介绍了焊接金属波纹管受力分析及变形理论计算方法,对S型双层焊接金属波纹管进行Solidworks软件三维建模和模型在最恶劣实际启动工况下的有限元仿真计算,得到了S型双层焊接金属波纹管发生屈服失效和极限破坏失效时的临界介质压力,确定了最容易发生失效的位置。设计并实施了S型双层焊接金属波纹管模型的多工况仿真分析,得到了启动扭矩与介质压力对波纹管最大应力、相对变形以及疲劳寿命的影响趋势。
The welded metal bellows(WMB)are most prone to failure due to factors such as starting torque and medium pressure at the moment of starting.It is necessary to explore the combined effect of starting torque and medium pressure on WMB.The force and deformation of welded metal bellows were theoretically calculated.The three-dimensional model of S-shaped double layer WMB was established by using Solidworks.The simulation of the actual working condition was carried out by finite element analysis,and the critical medium pressure of the WMB was found when it yield and failure respectively.The location where the WMB is most prone to failure was found as well.Several simulation analysis schemes were designed,and the influence trend of medium pressure and starting torque on the maximum stress,relative deformation,and fatigue life of bellows is obtained.
