摘要
针对中国石化北海炼化有限责任公司1#柴油加氢装置反应器运行过程中出现的问题,进行了加氢反应器内构件优化改造研究,在新建2#柴油加氢装置反应器应用了优化后的新型内构件。介绍了入口扩散器、过滤盘、分配盘、冷氢管及冷氢箱的结构优化细节和应用效果。新型内构件提高了反应器内空间利用率,节省了设备投资、生产运行成本和检修费用,推进了固定床加氢反应器内构件技术进步,为装置安全长周期运行提供了保障,为现有加氢装置反应器内构件改进提供了技术支持。
In view of the problems in the operation of the 1#diesel hydrogenation unit reactor of Beihai Refining&Chemical Co.Ltd.,SINOPEC,the optimization and renovation of the internal components of the hydrogenation reactor was carried out,and the optimized new internal components were applied in the new2#diesel hydrogenation unit reactor.The structure optimization details and application effects of the inlet diffuser,filter plate,distribution plate,hydrogen cooling tube,and hydrogen cooling tank were introduced.The new internal components increase the utilization rate of the space in the reactor,save equipment investment,production and operation and maintenance costs,promote the technical progress of the fixed-bed hydrogenation reactor internal components,and provide a guarantee for the safe and long-term operation of the plant.It provides technical support for the improvement of the internal components of the existing hydrogenation unit reactor.
