摘要 催化裂化装置第三旋风分离器至烟机入口烟道温度高、结构复杂、工作条件恶劣,出现焊缝开裂故障次数较多,开裂引发的泄漏使装置安全生产风险增高。介绍了近年发生的高温烟道焊缝开裂故障案例,对故障产生原因进行了多方面分析总结,提出了应对措施,对烟道焊缝开裂故障的预防、处理及催化装置的安全平稳长周期运行具有一定借鉴意义。 The high temperature,complex structure,and bad working conditions of the flue gas pipe from the 3 rd stage cyclone to flue gas turbine in the catalytic cracking unit have resulted in many welding seams cracking failures,and the leakage caused by cracking makes the safety production risks to the unit.The failure cases of weld cracking of high-temperature flue gas pipe in recent years were reviewed,the causes of failure were analyzed and summarized in many aspects.The countermeasures are put forward,which have certain reference significance for the prevention and treatment of the cracking failure of the flue weld seam and the safe,stable long-term operation of the catalytic cracking unit.
