摘要
面对新冠肺炎疫情这一重大突发公共卫生事件,高校应积极发挥自身优势,担起疫情防控责任,维护师生生命健康和校园安全稳定。高校辅导员始终处于学生管理工作一线,在落实校园防疫措施,维护校园平安和谐,保障学生健康成长等方面发挥着极其重要的作用。同时,疫情防控工作的严峻性、复杂性、常态性使高校辅导员的工作价值更加显现,也对高校辅导员的能力素养提出新的要求。
In the face of the Covid-19 epidemic,a major public health emergency,colleges and universities should actively play their own advantages,shoulder the responsibility of epidemic prevention and control,and maintain the health of teachers and students and the safety and stability of campus.College counselors are always in the front line of student management,and play an extremely important role in implementing campus epidemic prevention measures,maintaining campus peace and harmony,and ensuring the healthy growth of students.At the same time,the severity,complexity and normality of epidemic prevention and control make the work value of college counselors more obvious,and also put forward new requirements for the ability and accomplishment of college counselors.
