摘要
PDCA循环既是一种高效的质量管控工具,也是一种科学、规范的工作程序,在各行各业应用广泛。利用文献资料法,逻辑分析法在对PDCA循环的演进历程、特点详细介绍的基础上,从学校教学管理、课程教学质量提升和学校党建工作三方面入手,系统梳理PDCA循环在国内教育领域中的应用研究,综述其改良模型在教育教学中的应用进展,旨在丰富PDCA循环的理论基础,拓展其应用领域。
The plan-do-check-act(PDCA)cycle is not only an efficient quality management tool but also a scientific and standardized working procedure,which is widely used in various fields.On the basis of a detailed introduction of the evolution and characteristics of the PDCA cycle by adopting the documentary research method and the logical analysis method,starting from three aspects of university teaching management,curriculum improvement and Party building,this study systematically sorts out the application of the PDCA cycle in the domestic education field and summarizes the application progress of the improved model,so as to enrich the theoretical basis of the PDCA cycle and expand its application fields.
