五年制高职商务日语学生学科核心素养的内涵初探--基于无锡企业商务日语人才需求调查研究 被引量:2

摘要 我国经济迈入高质量发展阶段,职业教育要始终聚焦核心素养,培养学生具有适应终身发展和社会实际需要的必备品格和关键能力。通过问卷调查等形式采访无锡立信高等职业技术学校商务日语专业毕业生及无锡地区企业来了解用人单位对商务日语人才的需求,探索五年制高职商务日语专业学生学科核心素养的内涵。研究表明,五年制高职商务日语学科核心素养由职场语言沟通、跨文化理解、思维差异感知、自主学习、商务活动能力组成。 China s economy has entered a stage of high-quality development,vocational education should always focus on core qualities,cultivate students essential characters and key abilities to adapt to the life-long development and social practical needs.The research team interviewed graduates majoring in business Japanese from Wuxi Lixin Higher Vocational School though questionnaire survey,as well as enterprises to understand the employer s needs for business Japanese talents.The paper explores the connotation of the subject core quality of the students majoring in business Japanese in five-year vocational schools.Research shows that the core quality of five-year business Japanese students consists of workplace language communication,cross-cultural understanding,perception of thinking differences,independent learning and business activity ability.
