中小学生合作与交流能力培养的调查研究

摘要 核心素养培育与新课改背景下,合作与交流学习不仅是一种学习方式,更是一种教育理念。为了解对培养中小学生合作与交流能力的认识、实施状况及有效建议,运用访谈法进行调查研究显示:中小学教师对合作与交流能力内涵理解多样化、培养方式单一、有效指导不佳。提出科学构建小组、因材施教以及拓宽课内、课外培养路径等策略,以期为一线教师培养学生合作与交流能力提供参考。 Under the background of core literacy cultivation and the new curriculum reform,cooperative and exchange learning is not only a way of learning,but also an educational concept.In order to make clear the understanding,implementation status and effective suggestions of cultivating students cooperation and communication ability in primary and secondary schools,interviews are mainly used and study shows that teachers in primary and secondary schools have diversified understanding of the connotation of cooperation and communication ability,single training methods and poor effective guidance.It also provides strategies to scientifically construct groups,create individualized teaching and broaden the training path in and out of class,in the hope of providing references for front-line teachers to cultivate students cooperation and communication ability.
