Countermeasures to Police-related Network Public Opinion Governance for Public Security Organs in the Post-truth Era

后真相时代涉警网络舆情呈现出新的特点,公安机关面临新的压力和挑战。近年来,国内学者开始关注涉警网络舆情问题并提出了相关治理对策,但相关日常警务工作仍存在一些问题。对此,公安机关应从创新公安机关话语体系、打造公安机关政务新媒体、建立健全涉警网络舆情回应机制等方面加强涉警网络舆情治理工作,努力塑造公安机关公正、文明、值得信赖和无私奉献的社会形象,促进警民关系和谐发展。

In the post-truth era,police-related online public opinion has shown new characteristics,causing new pressures and challenges for public security organs and attracting attentions of domestic scholars in recent years.Countermeasures are suggested including innovating the discourse system,creating new media of government affairs,and improving the response mechanism so as to strengthen the governance of police-related online public opinion,shape a fair,civilized,trustworthy and selfless social image of the public security organs,and promote the harmonious development of police-civilian relations.
