长三角城市群土地利用效率评价及溢出效应分析

Land Use Efficiency Evaluation and Spillover Effect Analysis in the Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomerations

以长三角城市群作为案例地,从投入-产出维度上构建城市土地利用效率评价指标体系,运用综合改进DEA模型、探索性空间数据分析及空间杜宾模型等方法研究2000—2018年长三角城市群土地利用效率时空格局演化及其溢出效应。结果表明:2000—2018年长三角城市群土地利用综合效率和技术效率呈现持续提升态势,年均增幅分别达到0.67%、0.58%;而规模效率却呈现“先升后降”的发展趋势,从2000年的0.904上升至2009年的0.952,到2018年下降为0.917;长三角城市群土地利用总体上表现出技术效率驱动模式。长三角城市群土地利用效率表现出正的空间自相关,综合效率与技术效率呈现相似的时空关联演化特征。产业结构状况、城镇固定投资、二三产业就业比重对研究期间长三角城市群土地利用效率空间溢出效应具有显著影响,而市场化水平对城市土地利用效率空间溢出效应影响不显著。

Taking Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations as a case study,the evaluation index system of urban land use efficiency was constructed from“input-output”,the improved DEA model was used to calculate the urban land use efficiency,and exploratory spatial data analysis,spatial dobin model were introduced to study the spatiotemporal evolution and spillover effects of urban land use efficiency in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations.The results showed that:the comprehensive efficiency and technical efficiency of urban land use continued to improve,while the efficiency of scale showed a development trend of“first rise then descend”,and urban land use showed the driving mode of technical efficiency.Urban land use efficiency showed a positive spatial autocorrelation,and the comprehensive efficiency and technical efficiency showed a similar evolution trend of space-time correlation.Industrial structure,urban fixed investment and the proportion of employment in the secondary and tertiary industries had a significant impact on the spatial spillover effect of urban land use efficiency.However,the marketization level had no significant influence on the spatial spillover effect of urban land use efficiency in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomerations.
