安徽省体育表演专业人才培养现状与对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Training Talents of Sports Performance in Anhui Province

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、比较分析法等研究方法,对安徽省具有代表性的四所高校体育表演专业的人才培养目标与要求、课程设置、师资队伍、场馆设施、学生入学及就业等状况进行调查分析,总结优点与不足,提出相应的对策。研究认为:安徽省高校体育表演专业招生学校和人数呈逐年增长趋势,四所学校人才培养要求存在差异,专业师资普遍不足,学生对专业的认知程度不高,就业前景不乐观。提出的发展对策:学校在课程设置与培养目标上要符合社会的需求,突出专业特色与实践能力培养;多渠道提升师资力量,鼓励教师外出进修、访学、专业培训;加强专业场馆的软、硬件建设;不断创新教学手段与方法,加强就业指导工作。

This paper uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis to investigate and analyze the talent training objectives and requirements,curriculum,teachers'team,venue facilities,students'enrollment and employment in four representative colleges and universities in Anhui Province,summarize the advantages and shortcomings and propose corresponding countermeasures.The study concluded that:the enrollment schools and number of sports performance majors in Anhui Province colleges and universities are growing year by year.There are differences in talent cultivation requirements among four schools.Professional teachers are generally insufficient.Students'awareness of the majors is not high,and the employment prospect is not optimistic.The proposed development countermeasures:schools should meet the needs of society in curriculum setting and cultivation objectives,highlight professional characteristics and practical ability cultivation;improve teachers'strength through multiple channels,encouraging teachers to go out for further training,study visits and professional training;strengthen the construction of software and hardware of professional venues;continuously innovate teaching methods and approaches,and strengthen employment guidance work.
