基于共生理论的地方高校产教融合核心主体关系的构建

Construction the Core Units Relationship of Integration of Production-Education in Local Universities Based on Symbiosis Theory

产教融合是我国地方高校适应新的生存环境、提高教学质量的必由之路。当前我国高校产教融合存在形式化、不稳定等问题,需要在具体执行层面进行改进。文章从共生理论出发,借鉴国外经验,分别从共生单元、共生组织模式、共生行为模式、共生能量和共生环境五个维度,分析高校导师、企业导师和高校学生共生关系的有益做法,找到实现高质量产教融合的条件,最终从拓宽共生基础、强化共生单元、灵活处置共生关系和科学激发共生能量四个方面构建出适合我国地方高校产教融合核心主体间的良性共生关系。

The integration of production and education is the only way for local universities to adapt to the new evironment and improve the teaching quality.At present,there are some problems,such as formalization and instability,which need to be improved at the specific implementation level.Stemmed from symbiosis theory,this paper analyses good methods for the symbiotic relationship of university tutors,enterprise tutors and students with the help of foreign experiences,in the perspective of symbiosis unit,symbiosis mode,symbiosis behavior patterns,symbiotic energy and symbiotic environment.Then the paper refines the conditions of high-quality integration of production and education.Finally,the paper constructs the healthy symbiosis relations suitable for China's local universities,from broadening the symbiosis,strengthening symbiotic unit,flexible disposal of symbiosis and scientific stimulate symbiosis energy.
