高效扩孔器的研制及应用

摘要 随着我国能源勘探及地球深部钻探的发展,钻探深度不断增加,钻探遇到的岩层复杂程度越来越大。而直接影响金刚石钻探效率的扩孔器的作用往往不被人们重视,致使新钻头下孔时需要扫孔,而且钻头寿命越长扫孔越长,严重影响钻进效率并容易发生事故。我所研制的高效扩孔器,将扩孔器与钻头连接端胎体设计成斜面,斜面上均布天然金刚石和大颗粒人造金刚石,辅以高耐磨性胎体包裹。天然金刚石和大颗粒人造金刚石克取岩石的能力一定好于聚晶,并且斜面设计可以增加扩孔稳定性,以此提高钻探效率。通过在伊通县二道岭转心湖金矿工程勘察施工中使用,取得了比较显著的效果。该高效扩孔器具有效率高,寿命长的特点。 With the development of energy exploration and deep earth drilling in China,the drilling depth and the rock stratum complexity are increasing.The role of hole reamer,which directly affects the efficiency of diamond drilling,is often ignored.It is necessary that the hole cleaning when a new bit goes down and the longer the life of the bit,the longer the hole cleaning,which seriously affects the drilling efficiency and is prone to accidents.The high-efficiency hole reamer developed by our institute,the matrix at the connecting end of the reamer and the drill bit is designed as an inclined plane,which is uniformly covered with natural diamond and large-sized synthetic diamond,and is covered with high wear-resistant matrix.Natural diamond and large-size synthetic diamond are better than polycrystalline diamond in rock removal,and the inclined plane design can increase the stability of hole reaming,so as to improve the drilling efficiency.It has been used in the engineering survey and construction of Erdaoling Zhuanxinhu gold mine in Yitong County,and the remarkable effect has been obtained.The high efficiency reamer has the characteristics of high efficiency and long service life.
