输入性卵形疟原虫感染实验诊断技术的研究进展

摘要 输入性卵形疟原虫(PO)感染病例时有报道。显微镜检PO形态与间日疟相似,极易被误读为间日疟原虫,是输入性疟疾病例漏诊或误诊的重要原因,对国内大部分疟疾已经消除多年地区的临床实验室诊断及其治疗是一项新的挑战。PO感染的检验技术主要有厚血膜/薄血膜检测、自动血细胞分析仪的筛检、巢式PCR等技术的应用。文章就PO实验诊断技术和方法的研究进展予以综述。 Imported cases of Plasmodium ovale(PO) have been reported.Microscopic examination of PO is similar in shape to Plasmodium vivax,which is easily misinterpreted as Plasmodium vivax,and also an important reason for missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis of imported malaria cases.It is a new challenge for clinical laboratory diagnosis and treatment in most areas of China where malaria has been eliminated for many years.The detection techniques for PO infection mainly include thick/thin film detection,automatic hematology analyzer screening,and the application of new nested PCR techniques.In this paper,the research progress of experimental diagnostic techniques and methods of PO is reviewed.
