摘要
开采扰动对超前巷道围岩稳定性的影响是研究超前液压支架非等强控制策略的重要方面。首先通过EDEM仿真获得了采煤机滚筒与煤岩间的截割载荷,通过数据拟合方法建立了滚筒载荷扰动数学模型,再运用Flac3D软件建立非等强支护条件下的超前巷道模拟仿真模型,将采动扰动模型引入非等强支护模型中,仿真分析了滚筒截割扰动对超前巷道围岩稳定性的影响规律,并通过相似性实验对仿真模型的准确性进行了验证,试验结果表明,在非等强支护下,各点起始应力为-0.1~0 MPa之间,顶板围岩内应力值小,有利于顶板稳定;滚筒截割扰动对0~5 m内顶板垂直应力波动明显,10~20 m内顶板垂直应力变化基本一致,只需对靠近采空区的第一组支架的控制方式进行调整,即可削弱开采扰动对围岩稳定性的影响。
The influence of mining disturbance on the stability of surrounding rock of advanced roadway is an important aspect to study the non-equal strength control strategy of advanced hydraulic support.The cutting load between shearer drum and coal rock was obtained by EDEM simulation,and the mathematical model of drum load disturbance was established by data fitting method.To establish a strong support by Flac3D and the leading place in the conditions of simulation model,such as mining disturbance model was introduced into the strong support in the model,the simulation analyzed the drum cutting disturbance to advance the influence law of roadway surrounding rock stability,and through the similarity experiment verified the accuracy of the simulation model,the results showed that:under non-equal strength support,the initial stress at each point was between-0.1 MPa and 0 MPa,and the internal stress value of surrounding rock was small,which was conducive to the stability of roof.The roller cutting disturbance had obvious fluctuation of roof vertical stress within 0~5 m,and the variation of roof vertical stress within 10~20 m was basically the same.The influence of mining disturbance on surrounding rock stability could be weakened only by adjusting the control mode of the first group of supports close to the goaf.
