选择采煤机螺旋滚筒的要素分析

Analysis on the Factors of Selecting the Screw Drum of Shearer

为了便于更好地选择和使用采煤机螺旋滚筒,凭借多年采煤机螺旋滚筒设计制造和现场服务经验,提出了滚筒选择时应该依据的煤层赋存参数、设备配套参数等,设计人员根据此参数设计出符合使用要求的滚筒类型。对滚筒存在的装煤效果问题、叶片尾部磨损问题也做了分析,提出了预防和改善措施,并进行了滚筒选择的典型案例分析,可供广大采煤机使用人员参考。

In order to better select and use the screw drum of shearer,based on many years experience in the design,manufacture and field service of the screw drum of shearer.The coal seam existing parameters and equipment supporting parameters were put forward and they should be used in the selection of the drum type designed to med the use requirements according to the parameters.The problems of coal loading effect and blade tail wear of the drum were also analyzed,the prevention and improvement measures were put forward,and the typical case analysis of drum selection was carried out,which can be used as a reference for the majority of shearer technicians.
