制氮装置出厂检验平台监控系统设计与实现

摘要 制氮装置是应用于煤矿井下防火灭火的核心设备,为提高制氮装置出厂检验高效性、安全性、数据共享性,利用物联网技术设计并实现制氮装置出厂检验平台监控系统。基于Modbus通信协议实现物联网网关与制氮装置通信,从而获取制氮装置运行参数。客服端在网关联网后将获取的制氮装置运行参数上传至服务器,用户可在物联网云平台中设置制氮装置运行参数,实时查看设备运行状态、历史曲线、数据报表。经出厂检验试验表明,实现了对制氮装置出厂检验运行状态的远程实时监测和集中管理控制,最大程度上降低了现场质检人员的人身安全,提高了出厂检验效率,对于提高风险智能化管控水平具有重要意义。 Nitrogen generator is the core equipment used in coal mine fire prevention and extinguishment.In order to improve the efficiency,safety and data sharing of factory inspection of nitrogen generator,the monitoring system for factory inspection platform of nitrogen generator was designed and implemented by using Internet of things technology.Based on the Modbus communication protocol,communication between the IoT gateway and the nitrogen generator was realized to obtain the operating parameters of the nitrogen generator.After the gateway was connected to the network,the client uploaded the operating parameters of the nitrogen generator to the server,they could set it in the IoT cloud platform operating parameters of the nitrogen generator and view the real-time equipment operating status,historical curves,and data reports.The factory inspection showed that the remote real-time monitor and centralized management control of the factory inspection operation status of the nitrogen generator was realized,which reduced the personal safety of the on-site quality inspectors to the greatest extent,improved the factory inspection efficiency,and was of great significance to improving the level of intelligent risk management and control.
