摘要
物料上料速度与如何精确控制物料流量是如今智能化煤炭装车系统中需要攻克的技术难点。通过使用模糊神经网络算法,进行输送带物料上料速度以及流量控制的调节,结合输送带秤读数与缓冲仓雷达料位仪采集数据进行综合分析判断,最终实现煤炭物料上料速度自适应调节,流量可控可调的目的。模糊神经网络算法在甘肃华亭安口南集运站项目中得以实际应用,减少了人工干预,提高了设备运行可靠性、安全性。
Material loading speed and how to accurately control material flow are the technical difficulties that need to be overcome in today’s intelligent coal loading system.By using fuzzy neural network algorithm,the adjustment of conveyor belt material loading speed and flow control,combined with conveyor belt scale reading and buffer warehouse radar level meter acquisition data for comprehensive analysis and judgment,and finally realized the adaptive adjustment of coal material loading speed,flow control and adjustable purpose.Fuzzy neural network algorithm had been applied in the project of the south freight station of Ankou town in Huating city of Gansu Province,which reduced human intervention and improved the reliability and safety of equipment operation.
