大剂量盐酸氨溴索在60例新生儿肺炎中的应用效果及对炎性因子水平和肺功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究大剂量盐酸氨溴索在60例新生儿肺炎中的应用效果及对炎性因子水平、肺功能的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月本院收治的60例新生儿肺炎患儿作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为常规组与研究组,各30例。常规组采用常规剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗,研究组采用大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后炎性因子水平及肺功能指标。结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率为86.67%,明显高于常规组的63.33%(P<0.05);研究组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)和白介素-10(IL-10)水平均明显低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组呼吸频率(RR)、二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))均明显低于常规组,潮气量(VT)、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))均明显高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗新生儿肺炎效果显著,能有效降低患儿机体炎性因子水平,改善其肺功能,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of high-dose ambroxol hydrochloride in 60 cases of neonatal pneumonia and its effect on the level of inflammatory factors and lung function.Methods A total of 60 children with neonatal pneumonia admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into routine group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with regular dose of ambroxol hydrochloride,while the study group was treated with highdose of ambroxol hydrochloride.The clinical efficacy,levels of inflammatory factors and lung function indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total treatment rate of of the study group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than 63.33%of the conventional group(P<0.05);at the same time,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and interleukin-10(IL-10)level in the study group was significantly lower than that of the routine group(P<0.05);and the respiratory rate(RR)and partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))in the study group were significantly lower than those of the routine group.Tidal volume(VT)and arterial blood,partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))was significantly higher than that of the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-dose ambroxol hydrochloride has a significant effect in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia,can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body of the child,and improve its lung function,which is worthy of clinical application.
