髌骨关节病应用推拿联合肌力训练治疗的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of massage combined with muscle strength training in the treatment of patellar arthropathy

目的探究应用推拿联合肌力训练治疗髌骨关节病的临床效果。方法选取本院康复科2019年3月至2020年4月100例髌骨关节病患者,依据不同治疗方法分为对照组与研究组,各50例。对照组予以推拿治疗+药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合肌力训练治疗,比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后膝关节功能评分(Lsyholm)及简易生活质量表(SF-36)评分。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组Lsyholm比较差异无统计学意义,治疗完成时及治疗后1、3个月,研究组Lsyholm评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);随访3个月,研究组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论推拿联合肌力训练治疗髌骨关节病效果显著,可明显提升治疗有效率、改善患者膝关节功能及生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of massage combined with muscle strength training in the treatment of patellar arthropathy.Methods 100 patients with patellar arthropathy in the rehabilitation department of our hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with massage+medical treatement,and the study group was treated with muscle strength training on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,knee function(Lsyholm)and the simple quality of life(SF-36)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in Lsyholm score between the two groups.At the completion of treatment and 1,3 months after treatment,the lsyholm score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after 3 months of follow-up,the score of SF-36 in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage combined with muscle strength training has significant effect on the treatment of patellar arthropathy,which can significantly increase the effective rate of treatment and improve the knee joint function and quality of life of patients.
