鼻内镜下微波与低温等离子射频消融治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效比较

Comparison of the efficacy of microwave and lowtemperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of allergic rhinitis under nasal endoscopy

目的比较鼻内镜下微波与低温等离子射频消融治疗变应性鼻炎(AR)的疗效。方法回顾性分析本院2018年10月至2019年10月收治的97例AR患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法的不同分为A组(n=47)与B组(n=50)。A组采用微波消融治疗,B组采用低温等离子射频消融治疗。比较两组鼻腔功能、鼻部症状评分及术后1周内并发症发生率。结果术前,两组MTT值、MTR值比较差异无统计学意义;术后,两组MTT值、MTR值均低于术前,且B组MTT值低于A组,但B组MTR值高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义;术后,两组VAS评分均低于术前,且B组低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组并发症发生率略低于A组,但差异无统计学意义。结论相较鼻内镜下微波消融,低温等离子射频消融治疗AR效果更好,能有效改善患者鼻部症状,提高鼻腔功能,且安全性较高。

Objective To compare the efficacy of microwave and low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for allergic rhinitis(AR)under nasal endoscopy.Methods The clinical data of 97 cases of AR admitted in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively collected,and they were divided into group A(n=47)and group B(n=50)according to different treatment methods.Group A was treated with microwave ablation,and group B was treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation.The nasal function and nasal symptom scores and the complications within 1 week after operation were compared between the two groups.Results Before the operation,there was no statistically significant difference in the preoperative MTT and MTR values between the two groups;after the operation,the postoperative MTT and MTR values of the two groups were lower than those before the operation,and the MTT value of group B was lower than that of group A,but The MTR value of the group B was higher than that of the group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before the operation,there was no statistically significant difference in the preoperative VAS scores between the two groups;after the operation,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before the operation,and group B was lower than group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group B was slightly lower than group A,but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Compared with microwave ablation under nasal endoscopy,low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation has better effect on AR,which can effectively improve patients'nasal symptoms,improve nasal cavity function,and the safety is high.
