全口义齿修复失败的原因及处理对策

Causes and treatment of failure of complete denture restoration

目的探析全口义齿修复失败的原因及处理的方法。方法回顾性分析2017年1月至2020年1月本院收治的50例全口义齿修复失败患者的临床资料,分析全口义齿修复失败的原因,并据此制定具体的处理对策。结果50例全口义齿修复失败患者中,20例患者因义齿修复体松脱导致(占比40.00%),10例患者因基托折断、断裂导致(占比20.00%),8例患者因人工牙折断导致(占比16.00%),5例患者因颌位关系存在误差导致(占比10.00%),4例患者因美观原因导致(占比8.00%),3例患者因其他原因导致(占比6.00%)。经过处理、修复并且制作新义齿,43例患者非常满意(占比86.00%),6例患者基本满意(占比12.00%),1例不满意(占比2.00%)。结论全口义齿修复失败的原因较多,需根据患者适应证减少不良应激反应,提升全口义齿修复成功率。

Objective To explore the cause and treatment of failure of complete denture restoration.Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with complete denture restoration failure admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,to analyze the causes of complete denture restoration failure,and specific treatment strategies were formulated accordingly.Results In 50 patients with complete denture failure,20 patients were caused by denture looseness(accounting for 40.00%),10 patients were caused by base break or fracture(accounting for 20.00%),8 patients were caused by artificial tooth fracture(accounting for 16.00%),5 patients were caused by errors in jaw position relationship(accounting for 10.00%),4 patients were caused by aesthetic reasons(accounting for 8.00%)and 3 patients were caused by other reasons(accounting for 6.00%).After treatment,repair and fabrication of new dentures,43 patients were very satisfied(accounting for 86.00%),6 patients were basically satisfied(accounting for 12.00%),and 1 patient was not satisfied(accounting for 2.00%).Conclusion There are many reasons for the failure of complete denture restoration.Adverse stress reaction should be reduced according to the indications of patients to improve the success rate of complete denture restoration.
