随着高等教育改革的不断深入,高校教育教学迎来了诸多新机遇和新挑战。民族地区高校护理专业作为培养新时代护理人员的主要阵地,如何根据地方民族高校的实际,将传统思政课程与护理专业课程教学内容有机融合,有效提升学生思想品德水平,增强专业课程的教学有效性,构建学校思想政治教育与护理专业课程同向同行的课程生态共同体,在立德树人、培育时代新人上实现相互促进具有重要的现实意义。

With the deepening of higher education reform, the teaching of higher education has met many new opportunities and challenges. As the main position of training nursing personnel in the new era in colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas, how to integrate the teaching contents of traditional ideological and political courses with those of nursing specialty according to the reality of local colleges and universities for ethnic minorities, effectively enhancing the ideological and moral level of students, improving the teaching effectiveness of professional courses, and building an ecological community of courses for both ideological and political education in schools and professional nursing courses, are of great practical significance to promote each other in building up moral character and cultivating new generation.
