核电站常规岛给水泵液力耦合器转速控制系统自主化控制方案的研究

摘要 核电站常规岛主给水泵是核电站主给水系统的重要设备,其关键设备液力耦合器为高转速、大功率设备。目前,国内在建及在役核电站常规岛主给水泵组耦合器厂商无成熟技术,长期依赖进口。其控制系统跟随设备同步供应,价格昂贵,维护费用高。通过研究,掌握常规岛主给水泵组液力耦合器仪控系统的控制方案,实现大型核电主给水泵组液力耦合器仪控系统的自主化供货,并详细介绍了华龙一号堆型常规岛给水泵液力耦合器转速控制系统的自主化设计初步研究成果。 The main feed water pump of conventional island is an important equipment in the main feed water system of nuclear power plant.The key equipment of hydraulic coupling is high speed and high-power equipment.At present,domestic manufacturers of couplers for main feed water pumps of conventional island of nuclear power plants under construction and in service have no mature technology and have long relied on imports.Its control system is supplied synchronously with the equipment,which has been controlled by foreign enterprises for a long time,with high price and high maintenance cost.Through the research,the purpose is to master the solution of hydraulic coupling instrument and control system of conventional island main feed water pump set,and realize the independent design of hydraulic coupling instrument and control system of large nuclear power main feed water pump set.This paper introduces the preliminary research results of the independent design of the control program for the speed control system of the hydraulic coupling of the ACP1000 conventional island feed water pump.
