苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对血压的影响及改善冠心病患者睡眠质量的效果

Effect of L-amlodipine Besylate on Blood Pressure and Sleep Quality in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探究高血压合并冠心病患者使用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平的治疗效果及对睡眠质量的改善效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年6月皖南医学院第二附属医院收治的高血压合并冠心病患者110例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组使用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组使用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗,比较分析2组患者治疗效果、血压水平及睡眠改善等情况。结果:1)2组疗效比较,观察组有效率96.36%,对照组有效率81.82%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)观察组治疗后舒张压、收缩压分别是(72.33±4.17)mm Hg、(121.15±9.01)mm Hg,均明显小于对照组的(79.06±4.61)mm Hg和(133.27±10.74)mm Hg,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。3)睡眠质量评价,观察组治疗后夜醒次数、深度睡眠的评分分别是(0.83±0.24)分、(3.27±0.45)分,均明显小于对照组的(3.27±0.45)分和(3.62±0.25)分,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:在高血压合并冠心病患者治疗中,苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平的治疗效果显著,具有疗效好、病情控制快的特点,可有效改善患者睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of L-amlodipine besylate in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and constant hypertension and the improvement of sleep quality.Methods:A total of 110 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium and the observation group was treated with L-amlodipine besylate.The treatment effect,blood pressure level and sleep improvement of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:1)In the comparison of curative effects,53 cases(96.36%)were effectively treated in the observation group and 45 cases(81.82%)were effectively treated in the control group.After comparison,there was significant difference(Ps<0.05).2)In terms of blood pressure improvement,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were(72.33±4.17)mm Hg and(121.15±9.01)mm Hg respectively,which were significantly lower than(79.06±4.61)mm Hg and(133.27±10.74)mm Hg in the control group(P<0.05).3)In the evaluation of sleep quality,the scores of night wake-up times and deep sleep in the observation group were(0.83±0.24)and(3.27±0.45)respectively,which were significantly lower than(3.27±0.45)and(3.62±0.25)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease,L-amlodipine besylate has significant therapeutic effect,good curative effect and rapid disease control.It can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
