佐匹克隆和右佐匹克隆治疗脑外伤后睡眠障碍的成本和效果分析

Cost Effectiveness Analysis of Zopiclone and Dexzopiclone in the Treatment of Sleep Disorders after Traumatic Brain Injury

目的:分析和比较佐匹克隆和右佐匹克隆2种药物的临床效果和成本,为临床用药提供科学依据。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月德州市陵城区人民医院收治的脑外伤患者100例作为研究对象,按照用药不同分为佐匹克隆组和右佐匹克隆组,每组50例。比较分析2组用药的效果和成本。结果:右佐匹克隆组患者的节律恢复、睡眠中断的百分率与佐匹克隆组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);右佐匹克隆组睡眠延长百分率比佐匹克隆组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。右佐匹克隆组和佐匹克隆组患者药费分别为61.90和49.35元,整体有效率分别为86.0%和63.0%,右佐匹克隆组效果优于佐匹克隆组。结论:通过进行比较,右佐匹克隆治疗脑外伤睡眠障碍患者的成本低、效果好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze and compare the clinical effects and costs of zopiclone and right zopiclone,so as to provide scientific basis for clinical medication.Methods:A total of 100 patients with traumatic brain injury in Lingcheng District People′s Hospital of Dezhou City from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into zopiclone group and right zopiclone group according to different drugs,with 50 cases in each group.The effect and cost of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:There was no significant difference in the percentage of rhythm recovery and sleep interruption between the two groups(P>0.05);The percentage of sleep prolongation in the right zopiclone group was higher than that in the zopiclone group(P<0.05).The drug cost of zopiclone group and right zopiclone group were 61.90 yuan and 49.35 yuan respectively,and the overall effective rates were 86.0%and 63.0%respectively.The effect of right zopiclone group was better than that of zopiclone group.Conclusion:By comparison,the cost of dexzopiclone in the treatment of sleep disorders in patients with traumatic brain injury is low and the effect is good,which is worthy of promotion.
