后路减压和钉棒系统内固定手术治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果及对睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Posterior Decompression and Screw Rod System Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Fractures and Evaluation of Sleep Quality

目的:观察采用后路减压和钉棒系统内固定手术治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果及对睡眠的影响。方法:选取2017—2018年德州市陵城区人民医院收治的胸腰椎骨折患者40例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。对照组采用常规手术治疗,观察组采用后路减压和钉棒系统内固定进行治疗。观察比较2组患者的临床治疗效果和对睡眠的影响。结果:观察组患者的症状控制时间、接受治疗时间、住院时间均短于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的睡眠质量评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对胸腰椎骨折患者采用后路减压和钉棒系统内固定手术治疗能够有效减轻患者痛苦,提升睡眠质量水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of posterior decompression and internal fixation with screw rod system in patients with thoracolumbar fracture.Methods:A total of 40 patients with thoracolumbar fractures treated in Lingcheng District People′s Hospital of Dezhou City from 2017 to 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was given routine surgery.The observation group was treated with posterior decompression and screw rod system internal fixation.The clinical therapeutic effects and sleep effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The symptom control time,treatment time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The sleep quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the general group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Posterior decompression and screw rod system internal fixation for thoracolumbar fracture patients can effectively reduce the pain of patients and improve the sleep quality level,which is worthy of promotion.
