针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病伴睡眠障碍的临床效果观察

Analyze the Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy with Sleep Disorders

目的:观察评价针灸治疗神经根型颈椎病伴睡眠障碍的临床效果。方法:选取2018年4月至2019年4月蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的神经根型颈椎病伴睡眠障碍患者86例作为研究对象,按照掷硬币法随机分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=40)。对照组患者采用西药治疗,观察组患者采用针灸治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸治疗能改善神经根型颈椎病伴睡眠障碍,提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 86 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy and sleep disorders who were treated in Bengbu First People′s Hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were used for this study.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the coin toss method.Forty-six cases in the control group were treated with western medicine and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.The clinical efficacy was compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the control group was worse than that of the observation group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion can improve cervical spondylotic radiculopathy with sleep disorders,improve clinical efficacy,and is suitable for promotion.
