睡眠护理对呼吸道感染合并高热惊厥患儿睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Sleep Nursing on Sleep Quality of Children with Respiratory Tract Infection and Febrile Convulsion

目的:分析睡眠干预对呼吸道感染合并高热惊厥患儿睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1至12月南华大学附属第二医院收治的呼吸道感染引起的高热惊厥患儿70例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予强化睡眠护理干预,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)比较2组患儿护理前后睡眠的改善情况。结果:经护理干预后,观察组患儿在入睡时间、睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、安眠药物以及白天状态7个项目评分方面都明显比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:睡眠护理干预有助于提高呼吸道感染致高热惊厥患儿睡眠质量,改善患儿预后,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of sleep intervention on sleep quality of children with febrile convulsion and respiratory tract infection.Methods:A total of 70 children with febrile convulsion caused by respiratory tract infection admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given intensive Sleep nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores before and after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing intervention,children in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group in bedtime,sleep quality,sleep time,sleep disorder,sleep efficiency,sleeping pills and daytime status,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sleep nursing intervention can improve the sleep quality of children with febrile convulsion caused by respiratory tract infection and improve the prognosis of patients.It′s worth spreading.
