积极心理暗示的术前访视对妇科腹腔镜手术患者情绪和睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Positive Psychological Suggestion on Mood and Sleep Quality of Patients Undergoing Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery

目的:探讨基于积极心理暗示的术前访视对妇科腹腔镜手术患者术前焦虑情绪、睡眠质量、心率及血压的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至12月淄博市中心医院手术麻醉科收治的腹腔镜手术患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组给予常规术前访视,观察组在常规术前访视的基础上配合积极心理暗示进行干预。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估2组患者干预前后焦虑情绪、睡眠质量以及心率、血压的变化。结果:干预后,观察组SAS评分明显低于对照组,觉醒次数明显少于对照组,睡眠时长明显多于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术前10 min,观察组心率及收缩压均明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于积极心理暗示的术前访视有助于缓解妇科腹腔镜手术患者术前焦虑情绪和睡眠质量,减少心率和血压波动。

Objective:To investigate the effects of preoperative visit based on positive psychological suggestion on anxiety,sleep quality,heart rate and blood pressure in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 120 patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery in Zibo Central Hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine preoperative visit,and the observation group received intervention combined with positive psychological suggestion on the basis of routine preoperative visit.Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)was used to evaluate the changes of anxiety,sleep quality,heart rate and blood pressure before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the SAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the number of awakenings was significantly less than that of the control group,and the sleep duration was significantly more than that of the control group.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).10 min before operation,heart rate and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative visit based on positive psychological suggestion can relieve preoperative anxiety and sleep quality,and reduce the fluctuation of heart rate and blood pressure in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
