针对性心理护理对白内障患者术后生命质量及睡眠质量的影响

Analyze the Effect of Targeted Psychological Nursing on the Quality of Life and Sleep of Patients with Cataract after Operation

目的:探讨针对性心理护理对白内障患者术后生命质量及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年9月至2020年9月湖北谷城县人民医院收治的进行白内障手术患者64例作为研究对象,按照挂号顺序分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。予以对照组常规护理,予以观察组常规护理+针对性心理护理,将患者的术后生命质量、睡眠质量进行分析和对比。结果:观察组患者入院时生命质量无异于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术前、术后的生命质量评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的睡眠质量评分在入院时与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术前和术后的睡眠质量比较,观察组具有优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性心理护理对白内障患者术后生命质量及睡眠质量都具有良好的影响,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of targeted psychological nursing on the quality of life and sleep of cataract patients after operation.Methods:A total of 64 patients with cataract surgery treated in Gucheng County People′s Hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the registration order,with 32 cases in each group.Routine nursing was given to the control group and routine nursing+targeted psychological nursing was given to the observation group.The postoperative quality of life and sleep were analyzed and compared.Results:The quality of life in the observation group was not different from that in the control group(P>0.05).The scores of preoperative and postoperative quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sleep quality score between the observation group and the control group at admission(P>0.05).In the comparison of sleep quality before and after operation,the observation group had an advantage,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted psychological nursing has a good effect on the quality of life and sleep of patients with cataract after operation,which is worthy of promotion.
