手术室护理术前访视和宣教对患者术前不良情绪以及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Preoperative Visit and Education of Operating Room Nursing on Patients′Preoperative Bad Mood and Sleep Quality

目的:分析手术室护理术前访视和宣教对于患者术前不良情绪及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2020年3月蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的手术患者110例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组给予常规术前指导,观察组给予术前访视和宣教,对2组患者的护理效果、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分进行比较。结果:观察组患者PSQI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,护理满意度(96.4%)明显高于对照组(80.0%),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对手术患者实施术前访视和宣教有助于改善其负面情绪,提高睡眠质量,并能提升其护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the influence of preoperative visit and education of operating room nursing on preoperative sleep quality and bad mood of patients.Methods:A total of 110 surgery patients admitted to Bengbu First People′s Hospital from June 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was given routine preoperative guidance,and the observation group was given preoperative visit and education.The nursing effect,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score of the two groups were compared.Results:the PSQI score,SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the satisfaction with nursing care of the observation group(96.4%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.0%).The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative visit and education can improve the sleep quality and negative emotions of patients,and improve their satisfaction with nursing care,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
