分析循证式手术室护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用价值以及对患者睡眠质量的影响

To Analyze the Application Value of Evidence-based Operating Room Nursing in Patients with Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy and Its Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:分析循证式手术室护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用价值以及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年1月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院收治的腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例,对照组给予常规手术室护理,观察组给予循证式手术室护理,通过匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表比较2组患者睡眠质量,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)比较2组患者疼痛程度,同时,观察患者心率、收缩压、不良反应等临床表现。结果:观察组PSQI、VAS评分均明显低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组腹胀、胆漏等并不良反应的发生率明显降低,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组术后30 min心率、收缩压与对照组比较,显著下降,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术采取循证式手术室护理效果较为理想,有利于维持患者的生命体征稳定,减轻疼痛等不适感的产生,亦可改善患者的睡眠状态,减少不良反应的发生,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To analyze the application value of evidence-based operating room nursing in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy and its influence on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 100 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine operating room nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based operating room nursing.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the sleep quality of 2 groups,and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to compare the pain degree of 2 groups.Meanwhile,observe the clinical manifestations such as heart rate,systolic blood pressure and adverse reactions.Results:PSQI and VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).The incidence of abdominal distension,bile leakage and other adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly reduced,and the difference was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).The heart rate and systolic blood pressure in observation group decreased significantly 30 min after operation compared with control group,and the difference was statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy with evidence-based operating room nursing effect is ideal,is beneficial to maintain the stability of patients′vital signs,relieve pain and other discomforts,and can also improve patients′sleep status and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical application.
