5E康复模式提高血液透析患者睡眠质量及护理满意度的作用

Effect of 5E Rehabilitation Model on Improving Sleep Quality and Nursing Satisfaction of Hemodialysis Patients

目的:观察分析血液透析患者应用5E康复模式提高睡眠质量的作用及其对患者满意度的影响。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年6月武城县人民医院收治的血液透析患者108例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组54例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予5E康复模式护理。结果:观察组睡眠质量、护理满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对血液透析患者应用5E康复模式,不仅能够进一步提高其睡眠质量,而且还可以提高其护理满意度。

Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of 5E rehabilitation model on improving sleep quality in hemodialysis patients and its influence on patient satisfaction.Methods:A total of 108 hemodialysis patients treated in Wucheng County People′s Hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by using random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given 5E rehabilitation mode nursing.Results:The sleep quality and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Applying 5E rehabilitation model to hemodialysis patients can not only improve their sleep quality,but also improve their nursing satisfaction.
