舒适护理对腰椎管狭窄术后患者睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Comfortable Nursing on Sleep Quality of Patients with Lumbar Spinal Stenosis after Operation

目的:探讨舒适护理对腰椎管狭窄术后患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年4月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院骨科收治的腰椎管狭窄术后患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组给予舒适型护理,对照组给予常规护理,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表、SF-36量表、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分以及并发症发生率比较2组患者术后睡眠质量以及其他护理效果相关指标。结果:与对照组比较,观察组睡眠质量更好、生命质量更高、疼痛程度更小、焦虑情绪以及并发症发生率更低,且差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理对腰椎管狭窄术后患者睡眠质量改善存在积极影响,利于整体护理效果提升。

Objective:To investigate the effect of comfortable nursing on sleep quality of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis after operation.Methods:A total of 120 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis after operation treated in the Department of Orthopedics of First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from January 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.Observation group was given comfortable nursing,and control group was given routine nursing.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Social Function 36(Sf-36)score,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and complication rate and other indicators related to nursing effect were compared for postoperative sleep quality between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had better sleep quality,higher quality of life,less pain,less anxiety and lower incidence of complications,and the differences were statistically significant(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing has a positive impact on the improvement of sleep quality of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis after operation,which is conducive to the improvement of overall nursing effect.
