护理干预应用于高血压性脑出血患者睡眠障碍中的作用

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Sleep Disorders in Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:研究高血压性脑出血用护理干预的价值。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年8月德州市第三人民医院收治的高血压性脑出血病患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。观察组采取护理干预,对照组行常规护理。对比汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分等指标。结果:HAMA评分:干预结束时,观察组(6.02±2.74)分,优于对照组的(10.38±2.91)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分:观察组干预后(8.25±1.93)分,比对照组(11.68±2.15)分低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压性脑出血中运用护理干预,有利于缓解焦虑情绪,改善睡眠质量。

Objective:To study the value of nursing intervention in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:A total of 82 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in Dezhou Third People′s Hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by using random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The observation group received nursing intervention,and the control group received routine nursing.The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were compared.Results:HAMA score:at the end of the intervention,the score of the observation group(6.02±2.74)was better than that of the control group(10.38±2.91),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)was(8.25±1.93)in the observation group after intervention,which was lower than that in the control group(11.68±2.15)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention in hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is helpful to alleviate anxiety and improve sleep quality.
