孟鲁司特联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗重度哮喘患者的临床疗效及对睡眠质量的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Montelukast Combined with Budesonide Formoterol Powder Inhalation in the Treatment of Severe Asthma and Its Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:探析孟鲁司特与布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合治疗重度哮喘的临床疗效及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年6月至2020年5月联勤保障部队第九〇七医院收治的重度哮喘患者480例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组240例。2组患者均行布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,观察组联合孟鲁司特治疗,比较2组的临床疗效。结果:观察组症状控制有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应率低于对照组,睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特与布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂联合治疗重度哮喘临床效果显著,可有效提高睡眠质量,安全性更高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Montelukast combined with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation in the treatment of severe asthma and its influence on sleep efficiency.Methods:A total of 480 patients with severe asthma in 907 Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from June 2019 to May 2020 were randomly divided into two groups with 240 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given budesonide formoterol powder inhalation treatment,while observation group combined with Montelukast treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher control efficiency,lower adverse reaction rate and higher sleep quality score(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast combined with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of severe asthma,which can effectively improve the quality of sleep,have a higher security,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
