淄博市成年人睡眠质量调查研究

A Study on Sleep Quality of Adults in Zibo City

目的:调查淄博市≥18岁成年人睡眠质量现状及睡眠问题发生概率,进一步探讨睡眠问题在不同人群的分布状态。方法:选取2015年11月至2016年4月淄博市第4次精神障碍流行病学调查中2839名18岁及以上年龄居民作为研究对象,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表进行睡眠质量评估调查。结果:在调查人群中,睡眠问题发生率为17.08%,其中女性睡眠问题发生率19.63%,显著高于男性的12.64%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);不同年龄段睡眠问题发生率随年龄增长呈增高趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);离婚或丧偶者睡眠问题发生率为67.92%,有精神心理问题者睡眠问题发生率为80.43%,非离婚或丧偶者睡眠问题发生率为10.03%,无精神心理问题者睡眠问题发生率为4.08%,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:淄博市≥18岁成年人睡眠质量问题发生率较高,应进一步采取健康教育等相关措施,提高睡眠质量。

Objective:To investigate the sleep quality and the incidence of sleep problems in adults aged 18 years and above in Zibo city,and to further explore the distribution of sleep problems in different populations.Methods:A total of 2839 residents aged 18 and above were selected from the 4th epidemiological survey of mental disorders in Zibo city from November 2015 to April 2016.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to evaluate the sleep quality.Results:In the investigated population,the incidence of sleep problems was 17.08%,and the incidence of sleep problems in women was 19.63%,which was significantly higher than that in men(12.64%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).The incidence of sleep problems increased with age,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The incidence of sleep problems in divorced or widowed people was 67.92%,those with mental and psychological problems was 80.43%,those non-divorced or widowed people was 10.03%,and those without mental and psychological problems was 4.08%.The difference was statistically significant(Ps<0.01).Conclusion:The incidence of sleep quality problems in adults aged18 and above in Zibo city is high,and further related measures such as health education should be taken to improve sleep quality.
