摘要
《聊斋新义·黄英》改编自蒲松龄《聊斋志异·黄英》,汪曾祺改编的动机是表现蒲松龄原文隐含的“花即是人,人即是花”的现代意识,这种现代意识与沈从文“优美,健康,自然,而又不悖乎人性”的“人生形式”一脉相承。汪曾祺笔下的陶生,被剔除了妖性、士人性、商人性,而增添了小人物的生活逻辑、温和的性格、诗性的追求,并拥有了一场轰轰烈烈的“完成”,陶生的“完成”是美的,也是悲哀的,汪曾祺笔下的黄英由此变得娴静,黄英的“永远不老”正是这场悲哀中的“希望”,它指向未来无限的可能性。
Huangying in New Strange Tales of Liao Zhai was adapted by Wang Zengqi from Pu Songling’s Liaozhai Zhiyi.The motivation of Wang Zengqi's adaptation is to express Pu Songling's modern consciousness of“flower is man,and man is flower”,which consistents with Shen Congwen’s ideal form of life,a beautiful,healthy,natural life and not counter to peaceful human life form.Therefore,Tao Sheng in Wang Zengqi's works has been removed nature of animality and deity,as well as spirit of Confucian scholars and merchant spirit,while Wang Zengqi added some life logic,gentle character and poetic pursuit to Tao Sheng,and also made Tao fulfill his destiny.Tao Sheng's fulfilling his destiny is both beautiful and sad,which makes Huang Ying become quiet and silent.The agelessness of Huang Ying is hope of Tao Sheng’s death,which points to the infinite possibility of the future.
