Breeding of Beef Calves

目前养牛场培育肉用犊牛有2个基本目的,一是培育雌性犊牛作为后备母牛;二是培育公犊牛作为育肥牛源。为了犊牛在培育期间能良好地生长发育,并有较高的增重和饲料转化率,需要做好饲养管理及疾病预防。

There are two basic purposes for raising beef calves in cattle farms,one is to breed female calves as reserve cows,the other is to breed male calves as fattening sources.It is necessary to do feeding management and disease prevention for calves to grow well,gain weight and feed conversion rate.
