摘要
生猪屠宰检疫工作科学开展,能对生猪疫病进行高效预防和控制,避免存在疫病的猪肉制品流向市场。在生猪屠宰检疫过程中,需做好常见疾病鉴别与处理工作,促使猪肉产品的卫生质量得到提高。
Through the scientific development of pig slaughter and quarantine work,it is possible to efficiently prevent and control pig disease and avoid the flow of diseased pork products to the market.This not only guarantees the safety of human food,but also promotes the healthy development of the breeding industry.In the process of pig slaughter and quarantine,it is necessary to do a good job in the identification and treatment of common diseases to promote the improvement of the hygienic quality of pork products.
