在传统养殖模式之下,肉鸭养殖密度较大,会使得养殖环境迅速恶化,每天产生的畜禽废弃物得不到妥善有效的处理,直接对外排放会造成严重的环境污染。需要转变传统的养殖管理模式,加快新型养殖技术的推广应用。肉鸭发酵床养殖技术模式的核心在于控制肉鸭粪便的排放,避免对周边生态环境造成污染,是一种新型生态化的养殖模式。该文从鸭舍建造、发酵床配置、肉鸭养殖管理和日常维护等诸多角度入手,探讨肉鸭网床发酵床养殖模式关键技术。

Under the traditional breeding mode,the density of duck breeding is high,which will make the breeding environment rapidly deteriorate,the livestock and poultry waste produced every day can not be properly and effectively treated,and the direct external discharge will cause serious environmental pollution.It is necessary to change the traditional breeding management mode and speed up the popularization and application of new breeding technology.The core of meat duck fermentation bed culture technology mode is to control the discharge of meat duck excrement,avoid pollute the surrounding ecological environment.In this paper,the key techniques of net-bed fermentation system for meat duck were discussed from the aspects of duck house construction,fermentation bed configuration,meat duck breeding management and daily maintenance.
