慕课——我国教育改革现代化进程中的新模式探究

MOOCs--A Study on the New Mode in the Modernization Process of China's Education Reform

2019年2月,中共中央、国务院印发《中国教育现代化2035》,要求各地区各部门结合实际认真贯彻落实。同年4月9日中国慕课大会在京召开,参加此次大会的600位代表就中国慕课如何更快建设、更好使用、更有效学习、更有序管理发表了《中国慕课行动宣言》。“慕课”这一教育新模式自2013年引进我国已有六年,在此期间共有12500门慕课上线,超过2亿人次在校大学生和社会学习者学习慕课,6500万人次的大学生获得慕课学分。可见,慕课在我国发展有目共睹,这种新模式依托互联网平台发展有很大的优势,它能够高效地将专业知识快速传播给需要的人,学校专业壁垒被无形打破。同时,高质量视频课程有助于在该领域提供一个标准化的教学样本,为高校课程改革提供参考。

In February 2019,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued China's Education Modernization 2035,requiring all departments in all regions to implement it conscientiously in light of actual conditions.On April 9 of the same year,the China MOOC Conference was held in Beijing.The 600 delegates attending the conference issued the Declaration of China MOOC Action on how to build,use,learn and manage MOOC more effectively.It has been six years since the introduction of the new education model of"MOOC Course"in China in 2013.During this period,12,500 MOOC Courses were online,more than 200 million students and social learners studied MOOC Course,and 65 million students obtained MOOC Course Credits.It can be seen that the development of MOOC Course in our country is obvious.This new model has great advantages in relying on the Internet platform.It can efficiently disseminate professional knowledge to those who need it,and the professional barriers in schools are invisibly broken.At the same time,high-quality video courses help to provide a standardized teaching sample in this field,and provide a reference for the curriculum reform of colleges and universities.
