摘要
机械工程专业作为一门面向各领域应用的基础学科,在我国工业体系和国防建设过程中起到举足轻重的作用。深入推动军校机械工程专业向技术密集型、人工智能化方向发展的同时也要培养出与之相对应的创新实践能力更强的机械类人才。但是在大力培养机械专业硕士研究生的过程中也出现了一些亟需解决的问题,比如学生解决问题的逻辑思维能力欠缺、创新实践能力不够,教师授课方式有待进一步优化、对学生成果的科学评价体系需要更深层次探讨等问题。文章针对专业硕士研究生存在的各类问题首先从思想观念上进行教育,锻炼培养学生的科学思维能力并能主动发现和解决问题;根据专业特点制定校内外联合的创新实践能力培养机制;同时提升教师的教学能力和推动教学方式的多元化建设,将队伍建设也一并纳入学生能力培养的一系列措施当中,最后进一步优化考核要求,形成一套科学的、准确的、精细的更侧重学生创新实践能力培养的评价体系。通过将这几方面的创新实践举措运用到机械类专业硕士研究生人才培养过程中,经过几年的实践初步取得成效。
As a basic discipline applied to various fields,mechanical specialty plays an important role in the process of China's industrial system and national defense construction.In order to further promote the development of mechanical engineering specialty in military academies to technology intensive and artificial intelligence,we should also cultivate corresponding mechanical talents with stronger innovation and practical ability.However,in the process of vigorously training mechanical master students,there are also some problems to be solved,such as students'lack of logical thinking ability to solve problems,lack of innovation and practice ability,teachers'teaching methods need to be further optimized,and the scientific evaluation system of students'achievements needs to be further explored.In view of the various problems existing in professional master's degree students,this paper first carries out ideological education to train students'scientific thinking ability and to find and solve problems on their own initiative;according to the characteristics of their major,it formulates the cultivation mechanism of innovative and practical ability of internal and external cooperation;at the same time,it improves the teaching ability of teachers and the diversified construction of teaching methods,and brings the team building into the students.Finally,the assessment requirements are further optimized to form a set of scientific,accurate and fine evaluation system which focuses more on the cultivation of students'innovative and practical ability.Through the application of these innovative practice measures to the training process of mechanical master degree students,after several years of practice,preliminary results have been achieved.
